"Eden on the sea.... Amazing staff, amazing location, extra shoutout to Shakyra for her kindness, help, intelligence and going above and beyond. Savvy on the bay on the other hand (needs some help with some of their employee's attitude.) That did not let us"

"The drinks were so good that I never made it for breakfast. Lol! The lunch and dinner were good though. This resort is for more of an older crowd, and everyone there besides me was retired. I enjoyed my stay there, the staff is friendly and helpful, the bartender Trey is hilarious and entertaining, and the manager is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. "

"This is in regard to reservation number 73099011430246. I was at the property and there was no one there and no way to check in. There were telephone numbers on the door and I tried calling them for 2 hours but no one answered.
I ended up having to book a much more expensive place to stay tonight, as you can see in my account. I also paid $65 to get to the Melbourne Apartments from the airport so that is also a waste. Plus the Uber to get to the new place was an additional $40.

"We paid $300 for this room… We were expecting a much higher level. This would’ve been a fair exchange if the room charge was $75.
When we arrived there was no staff available. We waited for 30 minutes before anyone showed up. The people were nice and friendly. They got us a room. Our room wasn’t in the main plantation house. Which seemed much nicer. We were in the Courtyard area. It seemed like there should’ve been an adjustment for the fee. The pictures on the ad showed the beautiful amenities...
