"Was advised that I would be met at airport and no one there until I called again and waited an extra 30 minutes. Unreliable! On arrival at the hotel, our room was not ready, when check in was expected by 3 pm. We did not get a room until 4:30 and at that point put us in a room in a lower level with lesser views. "The 2 bedroom oceanfront villa itself was excellent except very poor water pressure in the showers. Bring pods for clothes and dish washer. The pools are unusable. IDK if that is algae covering the bottoms or weird dark paint job. No one used them. Mosquitoes are a significant issue throughout island. We found the Yachtsman restaurant disappointing and overpriced ($5 US for a carafe of tap water!). Bananas, the Drift, and the Brewery restaurants were all excellent. Seriously consider renting...

"Great overall with amenities; gym, restaurants pool and beach areas, where you could swim!! (Great clearing the seaweed from the beach daily!!). More importantly the staff was excellent!! Would definitely go back for a relaxing vacation. "

"this is the most spectacular but understated resort. Noreen and Christina took care of our every need. Food was excellent The view is worth a million and you can enjoy it from the room dining on the terrace or swimming in the pool "

"We had a room at the front of the hotel overlooking he street. The street is particularly noisy on Friday and Saturday evenings with much loud music. The room was once of a high spec and is still ok for a short stay. Our bed sheets did not look clean."

"The location was perfect. Close to the bus terminal ferry terminal and my dive boat. Plenty of eating options. Everything was a 5 to ten minute walk. The room was very nice. New tile on the floor and in the whole bathroom. Plenty of hot water. T v worked fine. I got to watch free movies on youtube channel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. He helped me do a load of laundry for free. There was a supermarket downstairs from the hotel. Perfect!"

"The owners and staff were awesome. They took time to get to know us and were so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. They gave us info about how to get around and offered to organize things for us. The property was unique and the individual cottages were amazing. Be aware though, there’s no AC. It didn’t bother us but might be a deal breaker for some. We will absolutely be back! "

"The room was clean and spacious. Has an iron board but no iron, guess you can ask for. Lady on reception was very nice. Staff on restaurant and food are great with lovely view. Internet sometimes goes a bit lower but did the job. Tv is good aircon good. For the price point it is a great stay. "
