"I loved this property however its not without its faults. Positives. its brand new rooms are clean and well thought out shower is excellent views are amazing food in the cafe was consistent and very very good the food in the steaks house the first night was the best food i had on the island, however the second time was not good, must have been a different chef. location of hotel is great the beach is really nice to look at but i didn't like swimming in it, too rocky and wavy. go to Savey beach, its the best and only 10usd to get a bed, the food there is not good though. back to the hotel. you can walk on the boardwalk to some cute restaurants. the inside and outside of the hotel is beautiful and clean now to the downside there is actually only 1 the staff in the reception all my encounters along with my travel group was disastrous the only pleasant person working at the front desk was Arene everyone else was incompetent and straight up RUDE they need to be all fired and new staff hired and trained properly would i recommend this hotel overall? FOR SURE just keep your interaction with the front desk to a min"

"The resort is lovely! Pools were excellent! The beach is a very short walk across a laneway. The room was clean and kitchen decently stocked. There are plenty of convenience stores to pick up the basics, or you can hop on a city mini bus (inexpensive) to get to a larger grocery store. There are also an abundance of fabulous restaurants & bars to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay at Divi Southwinds!"

"Our stay at Sea Breeze Beach house was wonderful. The property sits on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach. Our room was just as described with a beautiful sea view. There are a variety of food options as well as bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and kind."

"We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Bay Barbados, and one of the biggest reasons was the people. The staff truly made the experience special. Kai, Akiel, Kay, Destiny, and Devon were absolutely amazing. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and personable. It seemed like everywhere you turned, someone was greeting you with a smile and a hello. That kind of genuine hospitality is something you can’t teach, and it speaks volumes about the people who make this resort what it is. The resort itself was clean and welcoming, the food was good, the beach was beautiful, and the pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, Sugar Bay has a lot going for it, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. That said, there are a few areas where management could make some relatively simple improvements that would go a long way toward elevating the overall guest experience: * Front gazebo: The stockpile of old mattresses near the front gazebo needs to be removed. It’s not the first impression you want guests to have. * Beach cleanliness: The beach should be checked and cleaned daily, including removing discarded cups and other debris. * Dirty dishes: We noticed dirty dishes with leftover food being left out for days. This is something that should be addressed promptly. * Beach bar signage: The missing or damaged letters on the Sugar Bay branding in front of the beach bar need to be replaced. Easy fix for 5 stars"

"Hilton has an excellent location with breath taking views . They are upgrading the hotel because it needs some updating due to the age of the hotel, so if you dont mind a bit of construction its fine. It didnt bother me because they weren't noisy.The rooms are very nice however the shower was not cleaned properly and mould is visible in the bathroom. Other than that the staff is amazing and the food at the restaurant was great . Just be careful with the eggs at breakfast ! 😳"
