"We have stayed here before and always loved it but this visit was less than pleasant. We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care...

"The property is undergoing significant renovations. They do not disclose this until you get there. This should be disclosed before the guests arrive. Things are kind of a mess. And the whole place smells like a construction zone. Normally, has been a nice place when they have their stuff together. Personally, I believe the place should be closed until the renovations are complete. But if not, let guests know what is going on in advance."

"This hotel was poorly taken care of 10/10 would NOT recommend! We took our kids there on our way to vacation and got in to the room late. There was a roach that ran across the desk as soon as we walked in and turned the lights on. There was mold on the ceiling, the smoke detector was literally missing just the exposed wires was present, the floors were unswept and disgusting (toe nails in the corner, food wrappers, etc.), there were gnats in the fridge, Ethernet boxes with no cover plate, and it...

"I never leave negative reviews and overall we loved the hotel. Beware, however, the hotel charged me a balance remaining between them and Expedia stating I needed to seek a refund from Expedia for them underpaying my stay. I paid the same price on Expedia as the advertised hotel rate. I was also charged for parking on property and did not. I’ve left messages since my stay for the GM and have not heard back him."
