They have a full range of amenities, and let me upgrade easily when I realized I didn't have my own bathroom. Right across from the lake, and 20 minutes from a hiking trail through the rain forest"

"Close to downtown Queenstown (short drive, public transport immediately outside hotel) rooms are good size and good facilities provided for coffee/ tea making. Private balconies with great views. Didn’t make use of breakfast restaurant as most recent experience (lukewarm food, poor/limited choices an overpriced) last week meant we didn’t bother going there again. "
