"The room was not clean. There was a used plaster/ bandaid stuck to the wall inside my closet. The cleaning staff are scheduled to come at 3pm and are not accommodating around your schedule. The reception staff are unhelpful and rude."

"If you're visiting Queenstown, this is absolutely the best location. It is an easy walk to all the best restaurants and attractions. And the Thrifty car hire is right across the street. We stayed for a week. We hired a car for the last three days to do some day trips. We found overnight car parking on the street but you have to pay after 9am. Some of the hotel's facilities need some work. In the laundry, 3 of the 6 machines were out of order. And the spa was out of action. We went to the outdoor hot pools up by the gondola. We would definitely stay here next time if we come to Queenstown again."

"Hilton Queenstown is hands down the best place to stay in Queenstown and has been my all-time favourite for the last 15 years (since it opened) No matter the occasion—whether it’s a romantic getaway, a special celebration, or simply a relaxing escape—the team always goes above and beyond to make every stay feel perfect. The service is consistently outstanding, with friendly, professional staff who genuinely care about making guests feel welcome and looked after. The hotel has such a warm, cozy, and luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful, the surroundings are stunning, and the entire property feels like a true retreat from the moment you arrive. The breakfast is always fantastic, with a great selection and high-quality food that starts the day off perfectly. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, which is why I continue to return year after year. After 15 years of visiting, Hilton Queenstown still exceeds my expectations every time. It’s a place that never disappoints, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. Always sad to check out and keep looking forward to my next stay there."

"I stayed here a few times while in the Queenstown area as it was the cheapest serviced apartment option and meant I had use of a dryer/washer and a basic kitchen (no oven) so I could cook my own meals. My bins were emptied daily by housekeeping and I could get fresh towels if I wanted them. Room came with a Smart Tv, which was very appreciated and a dishwasher which was another added bonus. Onsite parking is limited but I always found a space whenever I stayed, though this was not peak season Hotel is walking distance to the Remarkables area and the airport is no more than a 10min drive -"

"Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is close enough to the town centre and an easy walk. There are many different accommodation buildings spread over a large property, giving a spacious holiday park feel. Facilities are old but everything worked, including the heater."

"Location was great and loved the boutique styling of the hotel. The room was great but the bathroom was obviously for a disable person with rails, higher toilet, seat in the shower and it felt like a different room and style to the rest of the room/hotel. There was some construction going in front where you look out to the view of the lake as well."

"Room needs an upgrade especially the bathrooms. We weren't told about amenities on check in so we missed there was a gym only found it the last day on other side of the building. Views from room were incredible. Breakfast was good . Central location for walking to town and on walks."
