"The room was spacious, with an ok bed and a nice sauna. However, the room was not what was promised, and the staff wasn't there at all. First of all, we should have had a double bed and a sofa-bed, but only had two single-person beds. Then, the promised lake view wasn't really a lake view: it was a view across the yard with the lake in the background. The balcony table was so dirty the paper towel I used to wipe it turned black. "LOVED the deep bathtub! Excellent breakfast offerings and good quality food. So much delicious variety! Everyone is super friendly and the location is good for walking to dinner. We dined at Bella Roma nearby, which was also a very good experience."
