"Located right on the beach of Pretty Bay and next to the Bus Terminus the hotel is easy to reach. The hotel has a late 90's, Early 00's vibe and could do with a bit of a refresh. The room I had was comfortable and clean. it had a great view over Pretty Bay and despite being close to the lifts was quiet. There is noise outside from the freeport when sat on the balcony, but this isn't noticeable with the door closed. Staff are polite and friendly The hotel has everything you need but perhaps not everything you want, no late night bar or pool. You can borrow towels for the beach for a €10 deposit The breakfast was a mixed bag. Hot items were cold, but the continental selection was excellent and the pancake machine fun. Also, some of the best machine coffee I've ever had"
