"We had an absolute amazing vavation at this beautiful place. The staff is extraordinairy nice and the facilities are awesome. Great variety of restaurants and bars. I especially enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet with an excellent service. Our suite with our own pool on the balcony was absolutely beautiful. There is a Supermarket opposite the hotel and Galle is reachable in 5 mins by TukTuk. Thank you for this unique and magical experience, we will definately come back!"

"This is truly a lovely hotel, with a great pool and beach front. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and grounds are very well maintained. Entrance feels grand and welcome us very warm. Great kids club. Would definitely return if I had the opportunity. Only minus I experienced was the upselling (day trips,

treatments) during breakfast. While this may work well with some of the clientele, I found this quite annoying."

"The Taj Bentota is a very big hotel right in the beach. The pool area is spectacular with plenty of space and sunbeds. The breakfast is excellent with something for everyone. We didn’t have supper in any of the restaurants but did have some very good pool bar snacks and drinks. There are lots of excellent seafood restaurants just outside the hotel entrance gates, across the railway track. Overall I would definitely recommend the Taj Bentota and ALL the staff but especially the Duty Manager...
