"The room was not clean. Specifically the bath room and tub had black something coming out of the drain and jets. Also they promoted rooftop hot tubs but neither of them were operational. Food was not that great in the restaurant. Overall we were not happy with our stay. We complained to management for some sort of compensation and they have ghosted us. Very poor experience. Would not recommend staying here."

"This small hotel was very clean, quiet, and safe. A short cab ride from the airport (about $45 Cdn), situated close to the waterfront and near a street with plenty of restaurants. We were given a code for the main door and our key was left on the front counter. We did wonder about security - once we physically changed the numbers on the lock box and went inside, we couldn't scramble the numbers again. "What’s not to love? Everything about our stay was amazing! Check in was fast and easy, staff very friendly and helpful. Lobby is beautiful, we loved the fireplace. Room was perfect- clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a hot water maker and fridge. We especially loved the heated rooftop pool.
