"Our recent stay at this hotel will undoubtedly remain etched in our memories for a long time. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the staff, making us feel incredibly welcomed. The beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel added to the overall charm, creating a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. However, our experience began with a bit of frustration. The shuttle service from the airport kept us waiting longer than expected, as the driver attempted to convince others to join us. Initially, this made us feel undervalued, but our concerns faded quickly when the hotel staff went the extra mile to compensate for the delay, despite us not voicing any complaints. The culinary experience at the hotel was delightful! We particularly enjoyed the fresh juices, with the lemongrass juice being a standout that we had never tasted before. It was refreshing and unique, adding to our overall enjoyment of the meals. Our time at the hotel was exciting and filled with wonderful moments, and while we could have easily stayed longer, we felt the urge to explore other places as well. Without a doubt, we would love to return in the future. The combination of beautiful surroundings, warm hospitality, and delicious food made our stay truly memorable!"

"The place needs a lot of investment and renovation. Pool is out of use. The restaurant is just OK. Food is not impressive. The breakfast buffet when offered is poor. Yet you can order omelet and toasted bread. Very nice people, ready to do the extra mile for you but English is a challenge for almost everybody. My room was very small but I had mosquito screen in the window. No A/C. Fans available upon request. Shower extremely small, yet full toiletries supplied. Overall it is a good value for the money."
