"Wonderful property, staff and grounds were wonderful and top notch. We had the absolute best time at the hotel. Would return to the same hotel if we find ourselves back at Victoria Falls. The gym was also great, and we the animals (impala, zebras, giraffes, and monkeys) were everywhere, so fun to have them so close! "

"Our stay at the Protea Livingstone was amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful, our breakfasts were delicious each morning. Our room was comfortable, warm and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to stay for us to explore Livingstone for 5 days! It is a beautiful hotel and we highly recommend it."

"Great location and that it’s right on the border of the entrance to Victoria Falls. I went to the Falls almost every day. The sister property, which is Royal Livingston had additional restaurants, a bar and a spa, which was right on the Zambezi river and a relaxing experience. On all of the attributes I rated excellent. "Hotel was great , staff from reception through to the bar/ waiting and to housekeeping were so lovely. All were very efficient. "Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. We made a couple of friends. Would like the room to be cleaned at least once per week as we are not there most of the time with clean towels daily as the towels do not dry completely after use when not hanging outside to dry. Will definately come again in December and will recommend Fawlty Towers to friends and family. Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay. We didn't want to leave."

"I loved my stay at Lake Safari Lodge. The rooms were very comfortable with a nice seating area outside with great views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful- full of flowers and trees and with lots of seating from where you can admire different views of the lake. The view from the infinity pool is stunning.
