"1st, no luggage trolleys available. Room had musty smell, very little water pressure in faucet and shower, a couple walked into our room that had been given same room #/key card That’s enough for us to never use Holiday Inn Express again"

"We got here late at night on our trip from GA to VT and our room was absolutely DISGUSTING! Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. What looked like blood and feces on the walls everywhere, stains on the beds, and had a weird odor to it. We immediately requested our money back and went to the Best Western down the road. "

"The bathroom had a crack in the tub that was spackled over so no baths even if you have kids. The chair given to us had chicks taken out of the arms. And a few other issues with quality. Other than that, the staff was nice, they allow dogs which is good, and the breakfast was perfect for a free buffet.. room conditions fine for me but not at all worth 100 plus a night. Maybe 70 or 80"

"The room was bare bones, no USB plug ins, and very few electrical outlets. The pictures online portayed this place to be better than it was.The bathroom door would not shut properly and look liked it had been kicked in at one point. The room smelled like old smoke. The dead bolt on the door would not work. The bedding was clean but dingy. The lamp shade was dry rotted and nicotine yellowed. Its a place to sleep nothing more. The highway noise was too loud in the morning. There was no bedside...

"Reception was not staffed, building is in disrepair, airconditioning did not work. Room smelled of insect repellant and outside smelled of natural gas. Much trash in parking lot and on walkways. I wondered about bedbugs BUT bed linens seemed clean."
