"**⭐ 1/5 – Terrible Experience, Zero Hospitality**
One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and seemed bothered by everything, including the size of our luggage when taking it upstairs. Absolutely no sense of hospitality or customer service.

"Very Disappointing Experience – Far Below 5-Star Standards
The service at this hotel was extremely disappointing, as staff appeared to prioritize guests who were more likely to offer tips. This is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to provide a 5-star all-inclusive experience. Gave used holed
The hotel is significantly overpriced, especially considering that it is not a beachfront property. Not worth paying more than $150 per night for an all-inclusive room.
One of the most frustrating aspects...
