"The toilets and showers were very clean! The pod was also as we expected. The only thing we disliked was that the ventilation in our pod wasn't working correctly, so it got very hot in there and we also got headaches in the morning. In general it was a great experience, but due to the poor ventilation, I wouldn't stay longer than a night. The location is also very central in Rotterdam, so it is easy to walk around in the city."

"I stayed at the Bilderberg 2 years ago and thought it was excellent. So much so that I returned to the Bilderberg this year. The facility has been renovated and the results are beautiful. The lobby is open and multiple check in kiosks/computers are available. The rooms seemed larger to me and the decor was wonderful. Breakfast at the Bilderberg was more than adequate and I hate the thought of returning to my old breakfast practices in America.(Maybe I can do it on weekends.) The staff is...

"Room on top floor comfortable, warm, elegant design, great shower, couldn't be better. Downside - no lift. Walked to Keukenhof Gdns. Easy flat walk didn't take long, about 10-15mins. Reception staff lovely 🌹 Bikes to hire by hotel entrance, good choice of eating places nearby."

"Beautiful hotel in a quiet, scenic part of the city. The number 9 tram takes you from the Hague central directly to a stop across from the hotel. Hop on that tram again and get to the beach in about 10 minutes. There's a nice grocery store about a 15 minute walk along the canal and through an authentic Dutch residential area. A couple of points: to get on/off public transit requires scanning your bank or credit card. Had I known this in advance, I might have brought a card for transit use...

Die Zimmer sind uralt und müffeln, das Bad stinkt und die Abflüsse funktionieren nicht richtig. Es ist unglaublich hellhörig, man hört jedes Geräusch im Flur sowie im Nebenzimmer von morgens bis abends, ständig bellt irgendwo ein Hund. "The accommodation is featured within a ship cabin room with modern comforts. The room that I stayed was big, suitable for two guests. The hotel provides shuttle van to Rijnhaven metro station, only learnt that on third day though. Overall a pleasant and memorable stay!"

"The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The pod was very comfortable and it even had a bluetooth sound if you want to hear music. We also liked the lockers (free of charge), since it helped a lot that we didn't have to carry our luggage around in Rotterdam. "Two people at the reception lied to my face. Because of this, I had to pay 20 euros I could have saved if it wasn't for this lack of communication. When spoken to the other receptionists and even the manager, they didn't care. They were laughing and only cared about getting 20 lousy euros. This costs a client and potential new clients. Specially if you demonstrate you only care about money and not clients. Makes no sense. Awful customer experience, I'll never return."

"Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick/Balkon zum Strand hin und haben das genossen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgesprochen gut und der Grund hier einzuchecken. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und das sollte man wissen, um nicht vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis enttäuscht zu sein. Hier zahlt man die sehr gute Lage. Die Zimmergröße ist gut und auch das Badezimmer war recht groß. Allerdings gab es darin drei Stufen von der Toilette zum Waschbecken/Badewanne. Das ist für eingeschränkte Personen...

"The location is fantastic and the staff are very kind and helpful! We had a private room so we didn’t feel unsafe. However the condition of the hostel and the cleanliness of the room could be vastly improved. "

"Positiv: Sauber, neuer Eingangsbereich und Frühstücksbereich, nah am Wasser, super schöne Aussicht, Pool und Sauna Bereich Negativ: Duschgel und Shampoo waren leer, in der Kaffeemaschine waren noch die alten gebrauchten Kapseln vom Vorgänger, Sauna kostet 10€ pro Nutzung, Parkmöglichkeiten im Hotel vorhanden allerdings nur durch vorherige Reservierung, weitere Parkmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Umgebung vorhanden, die Kosten belaufen sich überall zwischen 35€ - 40€ pro Tag "
