"The hotel is well located and the fact it has access to the sea is a plus The pool service is slow and many of the staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Bar service was pretty poor too while offering cocktails and then not having the basic ingredients to make them. Coffee at breakfast is awful"

"This hotel was perfect, it’s in an ideal location to get to most of the bars, restaurants as well as the tourist attractions! The hotel was clean, very modern and the room was very spacious, very clean and very well presented, we loved the little touches such as the robes, slippers and the little hamper of stuff you may need such as a vanity kit and moisturiser. "We were unaware that the suite was not part of the hotel. It had its own entrance and was directly on street. Very loud. Smallest door I have ever seen. Floors were always sandy had to wear sandals inside all the time. Otherwise very charming. "

"This property is amazing. It is very clean and the rooms are so spacious. The location is ideal for walking around Valletta and getting the ferry to Sliema. The staff are so friendly and so willing to help with any issues. Overall it is an excellent hotel and i would definitely recommend it. "

"Geweldig appartement als basis voor een trip naar Malta. Gelegen aan de rand van Valetta vlakbij de Triton Fountain loop je binnen paar minuten de prachtige stad in. Hier zit ook meteen het overzichtelijke busstation. Alles was netjes en schoon bij aankomst, keuken voorzien van moderne apparatuur (inductiekookplaat en wasmachine), nette badkamer en heerlijk bed. Appartement heeft leuke uitstraling. Daarnaast voorzien van algemeen dakterras. Communicatie verliep erg prettig en gaf direct goed...

"The property was done beautifully and we enjoyed having a small balcony (room 11) alongside a huge bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Everything we hoped for was in the room. "The staff were very helpful. Pam and Ann Marie were great. Right in the heart of Valletta. The breakfast was amazing. In hindsight, too many cappuccinos were ordered 😀. The downside is if you had large luggages that we had, many stairs to reach to the hotel. We found out later that the staff,if notified, would help with luggage….we used this service upon our departure. "
