"The reception is very helpful and prompt. So is rishab who is part of the housekeeping team. But the property is worn out. For example, the linen has holes. The restaurant looks dead. The rooftop bar doesn’t exist. "

"I was trouble fiding it first 20 min when i used google maps or expedia location. Before i gave up, i tried one tight side alley and found the hotel.
It was a lot better than I expected.
For that price, it was probably worth it.
Location is overall pretty good, caus HKV is one of the main party places in Delhi.
If you want really cheap place just to crash, then it is ok to go."

"There were holes in the ceiling, and mice came into my room, biting through my backpack. There was no hot water. There was no bathtub or shower, just a bucket. There was no soap, towel, bathroom tissue. There was no balcony that was advertised. The pickup promised to be arranged as "very reasonable" cost 10 times more that uber I used to return. The was no free taxi service to nearby attraction that are advertised."

"Room cleanliness is '0' and the toilet is worst. Not properly maintained the utilities inside the room. The electric water kettle seems to be never ever cleaned after it is kept inside the room. The curtains are full of dust. Very much disappointing. I would never ever suggest this hotel. "
