"Not sure if this is a party hotel or what but we had an absolute horrible experience Friday night that was so bad the police had to be involved for the noise complaint next door. We weren’t offered a discount or refund for our night or anything after the police finally came after midnight to escort the person next door to us. If you have a room with a door that connects to the room next to you, you better hope and pray no one stays there otherwise you can hear EVERYTHING. And then hope there...

"Stayed at this hotel for one night. We were attending a concert at the Denny Sanford center. We checked in about 4:45 and started getting ready. We walked into our room and notice a brown nasty stain on the couch when you first walk it.. Further inspection of the room the floors look like they had not been vacuumed in who knows how long. There were legit visible crumbs between the two beds. We went on about our night got ready left for the concert about 6:45ish didn't get back from the concert...

"Was there during remodeling of something, took me a minute to find out where I had to check in. Walls in the room were really dirty and banged up but everything else was clean. I had to go thru a process and register to connect my lap to wifi. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was 15$ but you got it back in discounts and Freeplay."

"Room was not cleaned properly. We noticed on 3rd day there were many dog furs on whole floor. I believe it must be from the previous guests with dog. The staff was kind and good and Breakfast is O.K. Another thing bothered us was some noise from the hall way and the ceiling. It seems there is no sound barrier from walls and ceiling."

"Breakfast was basic, not too great but sustaining. The waterpark is awesome, my daughter loved the 2 hours we were able to swim during our 2 night stay. Winter hours were only 4pm to 9pm, so our vacation was about a month too early :("

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at! Everything felt clean and tidy. Beautiful updated decor and colors. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was better than most. My kids aged 5-11 loved the pool, absolutely perfect for that age range. There was happy hour on weekdays so my husband and I got complimentary wine and the kids got a free soda. "Overall a nice stay. Building is old and could use some updates. AC in room was loud so hard to sleep or talk to each other. Breakfast was the basic as any 7/8 hotel rating. The pool temp was nice. I was actually able to get in."
