U r not allowed to play catch in the pool and a security guard informed us although this was not monitored equally and other people did it without being told not to. "Staff at check in were excellent. The room was very clean. Hot breakfast was good, but it would be excellent if there were more continental items, and staff was friendly. Beach location was excellent and lots of lounge chairs/tables in yellow umbrella area. Lots of free parking was a bonus. Hotel was within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. We have stayed here in the past and would return again."

"Room was clean and really large for a standard room. Loved the mini kitchen. Pools are great. Check-in and checkout are easy. My only complaint is the constant smell of weed in the parking garage elevators. It was so overwhelming every time we got in the elevator."

"We were there for a wedding and stayed in the villas. Would have definitely upgraded to a 2 bed villa. Location was great, we were right across from the venue. Shuttles ran regularly to take you to the main hotel for pool or beach. My only complaint and it's just a personal thing, is that they charged my daughter .77 cents for tap water at the pool. "Rooms are very dated and need to be updated, the sheets on the bed were scratchy and uncomfortable. The smell of marijuana was prevalent throughout the whole stay, the air conditioning kept cycling on (very cold and the brought the mamajuana smell into the room ) and off (very warm making sleeping almost impossible pulling the covers on and off constantly) The free lunch at windows restaurant was horrible and we ending up throwing it out and going to another restaurant. "The location was excellent. The pool grounds very nice! The exterior bar needs more shade. Our first room had light issues so we were moved to another room then that room had phone and tv issues, maybe back luck but still annoying. We were on the top floor with a view of the beach which was very nice. I would recommend the hotel. Bike riding on the beach was so fun. Very family oriented. Best girl at the front desk Anggun Wulandari..very helpful and friendly."

"I didn’t really like the ocean view efficiency room. The room was fine, but it was too small for us. The staff was great. I like the elevators, they were quick and hardly any waiting for them to get to the floor. I didn’t care for the parking structure one block away. I love the view from the balcony. The room was clean and well maintained."
