Cari Hotel di South 24 Parganas

"The Property: The property is well-located. The lobby area is inviting and attractive. The rooms: The updated rooms are a good value, but the older rooms are extremely outdated and uninviting. (I had to request that I be relocated to an updated room after checking in to an older room.) The amenities: The breakfast buffet is middle of the road, and the service is disorganized. The Sonargaon restaurant, where I hosted lunch for ten guests, was expensive but came with excellent service, food...

"We paid $1700 rupees for Hyatt's air port p/u service. The driver suppose to be waiting for us with holding 'Hyatt sign' at the arrival gate. He didn't:( Instead, he texted us with his car plate number and suggested we find him among the hundreds of similar color cars at the crowded parking outside. This was very disappointing. Our room's bathroom big mirror has very noticeable multiple dirty spots. Staffs were very good courteous and polite."

"Food was really good "

The quality of the food was mediocre, owing to the fact that there was a new manager, and things were not as organized as they were last year. The staff at Siamton are approachable and approaching. Everyone welcomed us with a smile and was always there when we needed something done. Mufizur Rahman, one of the employees, was congenial,...
