"There was a balcony on with a pool view which was nice according to Rahim Charles. It is a good place to stay not far from Centro Mall snd Shakeys Pizza. Parking is ok."

"We had a good stay overall. The place was nice. However, we were disappointed by the security deposit, as this additional fee was not clearly disclosed on the site. We only found out about it afterward when we check-in, which was unexpected and inconvenient, especially since we were traveling cashless and relying only on cards and online payments. It would be better if the security deposit (in cash) were clearly stated in the listing beforehand so guests can be properly informed and prepared."

"Disappointing stay. The room was not as clean as expected and lacked basic amenities such as a mirror and chair. The bathroom was also very small, with a small sink and mirror, making it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the room and facilities could use significant improvement. Dining room for breakfast  is full of mosquitoes"

"The location is great but the attitude of the security personnel is horrible! We are well educated people to be treated that way he show his bad attitude! It’s so unprofessional and the vibes as a security personnel is not helping hospitality and management business at all! The properties is good but no essential toiletries!"

"Unsere Zeit im Elysia Beach Resort in Donsol war einfach traumhaft. Das Resort ist wunderschön gelegen, direkt am Meer, mit einer unglaublich entspannten und ruhigen Atmosphäre. Besonders die gepflegte Anlage, der schöne Pool und die beeindruckenden Sonnenuntergänge haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war...

"I booked 4 nights,but I end up transferring on my third and fourth night. There is no water from morning up to afternoon for two days.We cannot take a bath and wash our dishes. The host and the staff did not even bother to tell us about it not until we asked. I did not even get a refund."
