"Small, well maintained property. Affordable but limited amenities, no breakfast on site but available in the area, clean motel type rooms. Would recommend running the fan overnight, building sits along a significant highway and truckers were using engine breaks to slow which could be controlled with a background of fan noise. Overall a good value and a good spot between southern and central Maine."

What they marketed was exactly what they offered. The check in process was uncertain as we were supposed to show up to an already open cabin without having to contact anyone prior. "I booked a unit which has a loft and they moved me to a smaller one without ever telling me. So, someone had to sleep on the futon which was disgusting and so uncomfortable it’s not suitable for sleeping (needs a new mattress). There were no sheets for it either. The place was relatively clean except for REALLY gross carpet and one thing that is inexcusable. There was rat poop in the silverware drawer and in the pots/pans. The back deck is fantastic but I would still never stay here again!"
