"The people were friendly. Room was clean.The problem is i was charged extra $300 pesos for pink soap possibly staining the floor towel. Also charged an extra 2% and up to $500 pesos per person taking the free shuttle for traveling from airport to the hotel. Heads up!!! Shuttle is only free for one who booked the hotel. Even if you book it with additional people. I guess they want your family to walk. I will never go or recommend them to anyone. It would be different if the driver said your...

"We like the property but the way they handle the bookings were poor. We didn't get the rooms that we paid for instead negotiated with us to give us other rooms and just provided extra bedding. We booked 7 Family villas but we only got 3. Some guests were also complaining about it when we were checking in. The complimentary kits were not completed and we need to ask for it. The front porch were not cleaned properly and had a couple of trash. At least, the buffet staffs were nice and friendly. "
