"had a wonderful experience thanks to the receptionist, Richard. I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, and he went out of his way to accommodate me by arranging a room right away. He was extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. On top of that, Richard gave me excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area, which made my stay even better. His great customer service set the tone for a fantastic visit. Highly recommend!"

"The room and the hotel are beautifully appointed with traditional/older style furniture. We loved that it was very different to the usual beige, black and chrome of so many bland modern hotels/rooms. Cleaning/housekeeping was spotless. Very good security - but the whole area feels very safe anyway. Breakfast was excellent. Reception staff were excellent. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and sightseeing nearby. "Hotel was so convenient for walking into the old town which was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent. So much choice and always fully stocked. Staff all so pleasant and helpful. Really could not fault this hotel in any way. Would highly recommend"

"We accidentally only booked for 1 person and was given a room with a single bed, but reception were extremely helpful and made up the sofa bed for us. Great location close to shops restaurants and transport. Quiet and clean."

"I have been in more than 100 hostels in my life, and this was one of the top 3. The capsules give the impression of being in a room, rather than a hostel. Privacy is elevated. The carpet was not very clean, the bedspreads were old, and the elevator broke on the second day. Other than these, no negatives. Highly recommended place to stay."
