"Staff were very helpful and considerate. Hotel was nice, in a great location. They covered parking costs, and were very willing to help and assist. At about 10:30pm, I wanted to wash up, but there was no hot water available. Apparently, it's shut off after a certain hour (9:00? 10:00?) In the morning, there was plenty of hot water, but the shower in my room was broken and didn't work at all. That was a drawback for me. But the staff was very apologetic. Aside from that, I would recommend this hotel."
