"The hotel was nice.However the lift conked on second day and we had to climb 5 floors every time..Else it was comfortable.

"The room had a very good view of the mountain and the helipad. It as bit far from MG Road, but you get shared cabs to and fro to MG Marg for 40/- per person. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Aftab and all the staff were very courteous and polite and they made our stay very memorable. Thanks to the entire staff of Four Square"

"We had a great stay at Hotel Orchid. Very friendly and accommodating staff. There were issues with the wi-fi one evening, but we informed the staff and they fixed it for us right away. We would stay again!"

"A very warm welcoming hotel.good food.Neat & Clean.However we were sold rooms with a Bathtub & the Room didn't have one.But the Staff Hospitality more than made up for it.We enjoyed our stay of 3 nights."

"We, a family of 4, landed in Bagdogra on 16 Oct. at 1 pm. it took us 6 hrs to reach Gangtok.
I had booked 2 rooms for 16-21 Oct. at Summit Golden Crescent, Gangtok - 1 Suite & 1 Executive. The Manager - Mr. Akhil Das is very humble and helpful. He did 3 things for us
1. Gave wheelchair for my mother-in-law for not just the hotel, but also sightseeing
2. Changed the Suite room to Executive as we wanted ceiling fan, and adjusted the downgrading with 3 complimentary dinners
