"when I searched for a hotel in Zermatt they came up as they are in Zermatt. When we got to Zermatt and call the hotel they told us they are 2 and 1/2 hours away. we got stock in Zermatt in the cold. They were very rude and didnt help us and charged us full amount. worst travel experience ever"

The breakfast is sensational and dining first class. The views from the room takes your breath away and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. "Great location and exceptionally helpful staff. The shuttle service around the resort was fabulous. Room was as very comfortable with a lot of useful storage. The only downside is that the spa area and pool were a little small and tired with nowhere to really lounge by the pool. The rest of the amenities overwhelmingly made up for that aspect. Will certainly return! "
