"I`m booking the Isann Villa. Special offer with good price. I`m arrieved the Isann Villa and the staff told me.... I must change the Villa. Why ?... Staff gave me no details. The new Villa was the Sothea Hom Villa. This Villa was very outside ! 10 min. walk to Main Street. 2,5 km to the Night Market, Very outside. Lot of cost for Tuk Tuk. The Room was big, clean and nice. Ther Manager and the Staff was friendly. The Sothea Villa had not a Pool. In the Room no Cool Box for drinks !"

"Great hotel, super friendly staff, breakfast had many options. Only issue was one of our two adjoining rooms had an air conditioner issue but the manager got us sorted in about an hour and put us into two new adjoining rooms. Bonus is that it is one of the closest hotels to Angkor Wat. That means you’re last to be picked up by tour shuttles and first to be dropped off. "

The hotel is a beautiful oasis, and the staff could not be more attentive to their guests. There are so many little touches that make the experience exceptional - I highly recommend passing through Cambodia to see the ancient history and the Jaya house is the place you need to stay during your visit!"

"The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. It’s a bit hard to believe that a hotel has overbooked when everything was done online and the fact I couldn’t get a refund for the difference. I had a nice time here and the staff was really nice but I’m also not sure if I got scammed or not. The area of the hotel was not...

"The hotel team were wonderful and made you feel very welcomed. The lady at breakfast was very attentive and did a super job looking after our needs. We were up early on day 1 to Angkor Wat so they put us together a breakfast picnic. Such a wonderful gesture. The room and private pool could do with updating to make this a true 5 star room. Close to the city and safe quiet area."

"My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place for 9 days. This was our 5th visit to Cambodia and it was definitely the best, due to this resort. The staff is excellent, the food is amazing, and the resort is the best you will find in Siem Reap (Take it from experience - I have stayed at 4 other resorts in this town).
