"Staff wasn't properly trained, toilet didn't flush, smell of smoke in room . Good location"

"I rented a room for my Dad and Mom because there electric was out and she's on oxygen and he's 90. I did it on line because I'm a hour away and my sister took them to get settled. They were there 2 hours and cockroaches were crawling in there room. They killed quite a few and called my sister, they left. They will not refund the money and I think that's a bad way to run a business. I rented a room there in summer for my Dad because of AC. It will be the last time and I will be in touch...

"First of all, we didn't get the room we reserved. Bathroom floor was so dirty, my wife cleaned it with a white rag and it was black afterwards. The electrical outlets were coming out of the wall. When I went to grab a towel off of the towel rack, the rack fell off the wall. We had a reservation for 2 nights but left after the first. Will sleep in my car before I ever go back."

"The room was over the registarion office and people in the office were talking loud to each other loud enough I could here it loudly in the room I was in. The next day I asked them to please not do it more. The noise resumes in less than one hour. They woke me up again before morning. I will never stay their again. It was disrespectful and uncalled for!"

"Beautiful suite with helpful staff and places to shop nearby"

"Entire property was super clean, including room. Staff was great. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here overnight after the Minster Oktoberfest festival. This hotel is the only one available close to the festival. We were grateful that we didn't have to drive the 1 1/2 hours back to Dayton after spending 5 hours enjoying the fun there. The hotel needs updating but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Reservation includes breakfast. Price was approximately $100./ night. We reserved an Uber ride to and from the festival but at the time we...

"♥️"

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was just okay, the way the beds are positioned made it hard to get out of the left side because it was up against the wall. Beds are also extremely uncomfortable, good pillows but mattress was terrible... Didn't get a good night's rest because it was hurting my back so bad."

"Breakfast was disgusting"

"Close to interstate but noise tolerable. Staff very helpful. Decent breakfast and property was very clean."

"The room 127 was WET… 1st night we just thought they had perhaps just cleaned carpeting and overnight the AC would dry etc No seemed worse next day floor actually slippery… and even TP was like using a wet one"

"Floor was dirty... the linens need replacing because the smell clean but dont look clean... need a complete remodel"
