"Very central location in old town pedestrian zone, therefore not that easy to find and access, but nonetheless rather quiet. Friendly and efficient service, space in the room and for breakfast a bit limited, overall good value for money."

"What a wonderful stay we had. Helen and her team could not have been more helpful. The pickup from the train and drop off was perfect, Helen helping us with our luggage. Sitting in the beautiful courtyard was a real pleasure. The rooms give you a complete taste of old china whist enjoying the lovely equipped bathroom, and comfortable authentic bed. Added to this the beautiful city of pingyao. Highly recommended the elsewhere hotel and pingyao. :) xx"

"Lovely atmosphere old chinese. Right in the centre of the old city. Beautiful place for breakfast, Chinese breakfast did not suit my wife but great coffee and orange juice, i think they own luckin coffee next door. Room was lovely but we are getting too old for a futton on the floor that was the only downside. I think some rooms had softer beds Hotel picked up from train and dropped off great service. Dont really speak english but they had translator on the phone so it was fine. Staff...

"I booked through your website, when I check in . The front desk staff tell me there is no reservation in their computer system. It take one hour to talk with your customer service in China.even this is intranet problem, make me very frustrated. Very bad experience!"

"Sin duda el mejor hotel en el que me haya quedado. Las imágenes no hacen justicia al hotel. La habitación es totalmente tecnológica, los pisos con calefacción, todo se controla a través de un centro de mando. La habitación enorme. Lo mejor fue la atención que nos dieron, te preparan el desayuno conforme a tus gustos pero es un desayuno tradicional y todo es delicioso y abundante.
