"由于酒店没有接到HOTEIL.COM的订单，所以没有我的预定房间。在HOTEL.COM的客服推三阻四让我自己解决的时候。酒店却积极热情的帮我解决，耐心与我沟通。特别是前台的经理、销售部的小姐及酒店的谢经理。在此再一次表示感谢，感谢你们在我遇到困难的时候给予我的帮助 谢谢！"

"Really great hotel. Spacious room, great bathroom with deep bath seperate to shower. Even had a heated toilet seat. Breakfast ok with some western options. Really helpful organising taxi transfers and transport to the sights at reasonable prices. Close to 9 dragons wall"
