"We have booked thru Expedia before the trip but when i was checking in and showing my expedia itinerary, Blue Horizon International said that it's not booked yet. They asked me to go to another Blue Horizon Hotel which is 10km away to check but also no booking. It is very disappointing. I ended up checking in at a walk-in rate which is higher. I demand for compensation and refund of the difference of which was booked on expedia. It is under itinerary #7436755226012."

"The hotel itself and staffs are great. The only thing was that I experienced smoking smell around the elevator area at 36 floor. My room was right next to the elevator and the moment I opened the door, the smell all came into my room. The staff had to open the window for me to get rid of the smell."

"The staff is pathetic doesn’t know how to speak in English not even a single person speak english in this hotel. And the room is stinky dirty and the shocking part is AC was not working in any room i changed 2 and they say to open the window if you are feeling hot. This is not a hotel this is a PG house. Strange never recommend any one who are coming for leisure and business and ruin there vacation."
