Shan State Hotels with Breakfast

"This friendly family run hotel is within easy walking distance of Kalaw Railway station. Just go over the bridge, turn left at the tall brick building and look for the low sign. It is also easy to walk into town. Rooms, though basic are spacious and have a fridge and tea/ coffee facilities. Breakfast deck is cool and relaxing. Staff are delightful. Zin on reception is especially kind and practical."

"This was a great place to stay in the town of Inle Lake. Right next to the jetty where the boats depart from. The boats start about 6:00 a.m. and finish about 10:00 p.m. They are noisy but it didn’t bother us too much. Friendly staff and very obliging.The hotel organised a 6 hr boat trip for us so we didn’t have to navigate the sellers next to the jetty ($18 for 3 people for the day)."

"Very nice hotel centrally located in Nyaungshwe. Although not a newer building, the hotel is well maintained. Plenty of hot water and good WiFi. Comfortable and quiet. The set breakfast is also good. Special mention goes out to the hotel staff, who are friendly and courteous. The young lady at the front desk is most helpful and gracious. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Incredible hotel with great customer service. They will bend over backwards to help you with any travel-related needs, whether it be to make your bookings, giving you directions, help you recover forgotten items, and help you form tour groups to save on private boat rides, taxis, etc. Other hotels will not help you with that because the more tours they book, the more commission they make. Rooms were clean, AC was cold, shower was hot, and wifi was decent which is about the best you can hope...
