"Hotel tutto sommato bello ma il personale attualmente in servizio è di bassissima qualità. Ragazza in reception molto scorbutica che parla pochissimo inglese. Staff in sala breakfast al mattino terribili: hanno pulito il tavolo di ospiti che avevano appena fatto colazione semplicemente aggiungendo le posate che mancavano sopra ai tovaglioli senza pulire bene e cambiare tutto il set. Incredibile. Mai vista una roba del genere. La colazione è decisamente mediocre ma il problema vero appare...

"Grundsätzlich ist das Upon Vila ein super Hotel mit Top Lage. Personal an der Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit. Diesmal waren wir wieder sehr zufrieden, aber nicht zu 100 Prozent. Die Reinigungskräfte waren diesmal nicht so gut. Das ein oder andere wurde vergessen, etwas zu reinigen. An zwei Tagen war ein schmuddeliger Putzlappen bei uns im Zimmer liegen geblieben. Einmal wurde erst um 15.30 gereinigt. Wir waren schon zurück vom Tagesausflug. Haben dann auf dem Balkon gewartet, bis sie fertig waren....
