"Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im Aya Hotel auf Mallorca. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das gesamte Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut hat uns der schöne Poolbereich mit der Poolbar gefallen. Es waren zu jeder Zeit ausreichend Liegen vorhanden, sodass man ganz entspannt den Tag genießen konnte. "Globalement pas mauvais. Piscines, bien placé pour rayonner même si Magaluf n'est pas le plus bel endroit. Personnel ok mais quelques uns moins pros voire pas du tout. Un 4 étoiles sans ambition plus que ça. Il faut dire que c'est une très grosse structure et donc un peu l'usine sans vrai charme. Une impression de pompe à touristes de masse donc pas mon kiff. Avec des ados ils sont plutôt contents."
