"Por dónde empezar? Desde que llegamos nos sentimos muy bienvenidas. En nuestro primer día, conocimos a David, Miguel, Anthony, Moha, y los dos Carlos. Instantáneamente nos hicieron sentir como si fuéramos amigos de siempre. Todos fueron muy atentos y cariñosos. El hotel está hermoso pero lo que hace a ROC Illetas espectacular son los empleados. Con decir que hasta lloramos al despedirnos de todos nuestros nuevos amigos. No cabe duda que pronto regresaremos. "

"We liked everything. The food was good, the main menu is different each day, but there are also regular positions such as pizza, ice cream, fruits. After reading several reviews we were very worried about the food, since some people mentioned it is not exceptional. I would say, that for this price the food is perfect, if you buy all inclusive option you will definitely find something perfect for you. Alcoholic drinks were also good, with quite a big choice, we enjoyed sangria, wines and cocktails from each of the three bars. The hotel is very good, the pool area and lounge zones are wonderful, always clean and very comfortable, you will always find a place to chill. The sea is very close to the hotel so you can choose where to swim in the pool or in the sea, but please note that the beach is public. "This hotel was stunning. The facilities were amazing. The area was beautiful and the beach magnificent. We had a a beach view suite and it was nice to have that extra room with a couch. There is nothing g in this area as it is pretty much just hotels. There are a few little souvenir shops and a couple of little supermarkets but that is all. Would definitely stay here again "

"We loved our stay at Ona Palmira Paguera! The staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful. Flavia suggested some great restaurants for us to go to. The hotel is beautiful with 2 pools and lots of amenities. The breakfast in the morning was very well stocked and staffed. The food was delicious. Our room was a bit dated, I think we may have been in an older building, but it was still nice. The A/C wasn't working great, but we managed. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. It was a wonderful place to stay for our quick holiday and we will be back again someday! "
