"Amazing stay will be back next year. My only downside was the residence pool is not heated and they make you upgrade to use the hotel pool. They should just merge the two spas."

"Amazing hotel to stay for a wonderful December snowboarding trip. Everyone was very nice and helpful in every aspect of our stay (shout out to Thierry for his care with our luggage, shuttle and car). The facility is top notch, well worth the money, you wonât be disappointed. Ski shop/rental was amazing every day and the lockers were so convenient. Overall a great experience for holiday vacation "

"clean room. A bit dated, but good quality for price. no sheets or bedding in booking but can hire, but just be aware as not very clear! great location. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but found on roadside up the road a bit."

"Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated "
