" Should have read the reviews before booking, I experienced most of the negative comments i read in the reviews including unfriendly and unhelpful staff ( rarely someone at reception even at advertised times), penny pinching and hidden costs ( had to pay for sheets and pillow cases and buy our own toilet roll) no parking, an advertised pool that shut at at 6pm, a broken Jacuzzi. "Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated "
