"Had a wonderful time, soaked in the pool 4 times everything was great."

"The property had mice. He ran under my wife’s feet at the pool area while sitting at the table . Property would only refund 25 percent . Not happy with our stay there"

"The staff was friendly and kind. The room was clean. The hot tub could us a cleaning it was white and cloudy, however it could be caused by the high volume of people that night using it. The tiki hut doesn't sell refreshments anymore but the pool staff were friendly and there was alot of clean towels."

"We had a great stay kids enjoyed the pool its just the pancake machine is out of order in the weekend."

"I was just there overnight so I did not get a chance to use the amenities however after travelling in the UK for three weeks, the Sandman was the cleanest nicest hotel that I have been in and I was in a lot of hotels. It had everything you need plus a huge, lovely bed sofa microwave fridge everything. The only thing I would suggest is a shower attachment so you could shower your lady parts."

"The under ground parking is a bonus. We used the pool, restaurant and room was clean."

"Only drawback was the parking lot being a bit awkwardly situated. But thats not always in the hotels control so they've done the best with what they have. But in peak winter I wouldn't want to be walking back and forth from the parkade. Great room. Great TV. Nespresso machine in the room. Also the towel hooks blend in with the bathroom wall color. Took me way too long to find but that's also probably a me thing. No real complaints at all though. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"The property is old and the current owners are updating it. It was clean and comfortable for a single night stay. Breakfast was good but starts at 8"
