"The reception staff were very helpful. We had several ‘challenges’- the heater in the bathroom only stayed on for 1 minute, the hairdrier did not work, the room was very clean when we arrived but daily room service was poor- only made the bed and changed the towels. The cups were not changed and the floor was not cleaned (we stayed for 4 nights. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very poor value for €9. "I was a bit disappointed that the break fast was not included, but I assumed it was. The owner did not even mentioned it neither so I simply had them. It was 10 ero! in fact, with just only coffee, one tangerine, one kewi, corn freak and some bread. It was a bit shoe string trip so I wish she had kindly tell me of their condition for any type of guests. But over all the quality/service of the hotel and service was good, staff were very friendly. This is a family fun business."
