"Overall, I had a good stay at Oceana All Inclusive. I really enjoyed the food, especially the buffet breakfast and dinner. The snack bar by the ocean was also a great addition. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort had a nice atmosphere. However, there were a few things that could be improved. "I really enjoyed my stay at Cayman Hotel. The view of the ocean from my balcony room was beautiful and one of the highlights of my trip. It was wonderful to wake up and enjoy the scenery right from my room. I would also like to recognize the waiter, who was very friendly and provided excellent service during my stay. His kindness and positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway...

"Excelente lugar para pasar unos días den Monterrico, muy buena comida, ubicación y atención en el restaurante. El único detalle que el servicio de WiFi es muy muy débil y en las habitaciones que quedan en el 2do piso que se supone son mas amplias, y mas costosas NO siempre llega la señal, al reportarlo el comentario fue: "si a veces ahí no llega la señal baja al restaurante para usarlo" :( lo que me hace pensar que es frecuente ese problema, sugiero mejorar eso."

"I only write reviews when I feel that they are warranted and this is warranted. While I appreciated the location and access to the ocean, nothing else was good during my stay there. "No todas las habitaciones tienen aire, es el techo del rancho tapado con Saran. Piscina salada y pequeña, los baños son mini. Se fue la luz 2 veces y se apagaba el ventilador entonces era mucho calor. No tienen POS se paga en efectivo o transferencia. La comida rica. No hacen limpieza en las habitaciones todos los días, si quieren toalla en la piscina son Q 15 más y las toallas de las habitaciones ya les toca cambio ( manchadas, rotas y deshilachadas) Deberían de poner hamacas en los espacios...
