"De entrada el hotel no está en Manglaralto como indica la dirección, es un hotel totalmente descuidado, habitación sin una silla, ni closets, lleno de literas que no dejan ni espacio, baño totalmente descuidado, la puerta no se podia cerrar por estar dañada la cerradura, el espejo totalmente manchado de viejo, la ducha sin pera, cortinas que no llegan al suelo, y para colmo cuando regresamos de un paseo nos encontramos con CACAS de cucaracha o ratón encima de una cama. por la noche unos...

Recibí mi Familia De Colombia...viajamos muchas horas y cuando llegamos...el Supuesto hotel que muestran en las imágenes "YA NO EXISTE" ...Estaba en Ruinas y abandonado...tuvimos que salir a Buscar otro hotel...con maletas...y como era temporada de fin de año...NO pudimos conseguir hospedaje... Solicito que por favor saquen ese hotel la Lista...para que NO hayan más personas Engañadas."

"The place is concrete construction ---with doors that don't close properly nor do they offer any security because they are cheap, wooden doors. The beds are not comfortable and the air conditioning is noisy. The food is mediocre. The security is non existent at night -leaving any guests to fend for themselves. In spite of citing these to management--they required full payment even though we moved to another property further down the beach the second day. Not good business--ripped off and will...
