Our stay at Xelena Hotel & Suites was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped into this beautiful mansion, every detail was handled with pure professionalism by almost everyone we encountered.
The Welcome & Room
The check-in was seamless, and our luggage was delivered to the room before we even finished the paperwork! The hotel hallways have an enchanting scent that makes the atmosphere feel truly dreamy. Our room offered a breathtaking view of Lake Argentino, and it was impeccably clean with an excellent bed and high-quality amenities.
The Breakfast & Unique Details
Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh pastries, cheeses, and even hot chocolate to enjoy by the window. We also loved the eco-friendly water refill station near reception; the water is exceptionally pure and light.
Final Feedback for Management
Despite our wonderful stay, I must mention a disappointing incident during our final minutes. We were waiting in the lobby for a taxi, yet the lady at the reception ordered a taxi for a British guest who arrived 15 minutes after us (and who hadn't even paid the late check-out fee of 160,000 Pesos).
