"Ojo motoristas: nos comentaron, previamente a la reserva, que tenían plazas para las motos en el interior del hotel y al llegar nos dijeron que no, que habría sido un error. Me sentí engañado. Al final pudimos llevar las motos a un parking de pago que había próximo (por suerte).-"

"Lovely hotel with exceptional staff. Extremely safe area for walking during day and night. Lots of eating options within a walkable distance from hotel (.5 km). Parking at hotel available for 6 euros or there is a public parking garage 2 minutes away. I love the colors inside the hotel. Toilet is separate from bathroom. Bathroom has tub, shower and bidet. River runs nearby. Lovely place!"

"This place is beautiful and we were completely pampered the entire time. The pools are only for guests ages 13 and older, so our 8 year old could not swim, but otherwise it was an amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond for us, and were very welcoming. Highly recommend!"

"Very friendly desk manager. Called to make sure everything in the room was ok. We were just there one night and didn’t use much of the available facilities. Huge room and very well maintained. Wish we were in Andorra longer."

"We got one of the rooms on the lower floor and it was obviously poorer quality than the photos above. The room was a smokers-beige and looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 80s. When we walked into the bathroom, there was long hairs on the floor (we both have short hair) and the blanket they gave us was literally just a sheet. Warning: the car park is very very tiny and scraping your car is likely. The staff is nice and the pool and gym was fantastic"

"This is a marvelous hotel. The location is terrific, the architecture and design create a space both open and cozy, the rooms are well-appointed, clean and well-maintained. The restaurant is magnificent - we had eight dishes over two days, each of them excellent. The staff, in the restaurant, at the front desk, and on the floors, were uniformly friendly, efficient, and engaged. "1. Opening your room door can be awkward. You have to pull before you push. Glitch with the electronic system I guess 2. No room service after 10pm. Limited food delivery options. It's a quiet town. 3. House keeping seems random as they miss days. In short, charming property in a great location but the laid back culture means that guests need to adjust their expectations accordingly"
