"We had 4 amazing days in Bombua Beach Hotel and Restaurant in Espiritu Santo Island in Vanuatu. Our Garden View villa was beautiful, very well designed and appointed. We loved its comfort and cosiness, high quality modern furniture, very comfy king bed with lovely linens and speedy Starlink internet. The plunge pool and very private garden area added to our total unwinding time spent there. We enjoyed a lot to see beauty of the Santo Island on the private trip organised by hotel owners...

"The stay was amazing. Our accomodation was just above the ocean with the awesome view on the other island. Josephine and Klass are great hosts and they went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible. Make sure to contact them before your stay there so they can organize your transport. Pick up is from the starfish restaurant which is also a great place to have a drink or two and try some kava 😊 the plantation has a local cat Oreo who is very cuddly. I also would recommend the bat...

"Nice place and helpful staff, but I had booked 4 nights and had to leave after the first one because of people (men) knocking at my door at 12.30am while I was asleep and all night long at both my window and door. As a solo female traveller, it was pretty scary and I didn't feel safe at all."

"We stayed for 5 nights, which I think was about perfect - enough time to relax but not so long that we were bored on such a small island. The reef was beautiful and had lots of different corals, along with loads of fish. We don't dive so we snorkelled each day. We took our own masks but used Bokissa's flippers, which were excellent. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Whilst there was a child there (12 year old) while we were there, it seemed much more suited to couples."

"Great spot but the rooms were in poor condition and it ran on generator so there was no power from 10.30pm till 5.30am so it was very hot at night with no fan as you had to close the doors cause there were no fly screens and lots of mosquitoes. There is no fridge in the room so you can only rely on the lunch and dinners sold through two canoes which was quite expensive (but nice). The kayaks that we were told we could use to fish on (when I enquired about staying there) all had holes and sunk...
