"Great check-in service from friendly staff. The hotel is in a quiet remote spot in a narrow valley with a little brook and pond. The rooms are a little dated with old furniture but are comfortable and reflect the character of such a charming location. The cleaning lady could have done a more thorough job sweeping the floor and adding a trash can bu otherwise all was perfect. "

"Booked this property last minute for three nights to do a bit of late-season skiing. The location is ideal - central Flachau for the bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the ski lift. A particular benefit was the wellness area - pool, three different saunas, and a lovely warm and quiet relaxation area to chill after a day on the slopes. "

"Apartment was good and comfy, and the check-out instructions clear. Location was very good nearby the train and lift stations. We needed to pay deposit separately in a different location in the first business day after the arrival, otherwise everything was smooth and instructions clear."

"10 out of 10. We felt so welcome from the minutte we entered the reception. Beautiful hotel, warm atmosphere, cozy, large and clean room. And what a view!!!! A breakfast buffet with everything your heart desires, and very good homemade meals for dinner. Thank you to manager Christoph and his wonderful team.
