"The door had no latch plate in the door jam. The only thing holding the door closed was the hole in the jam so the door rattled all night. The floor was buckled in front of the bathroom. There was paint on the floor. The TV did not work. At least the sheets were clean."

"This room met our needs. We checked in after 12:30 AM., needed a bed for sleep and a sink to brush our teeth. It met those needs. Bed was fine, the floor was not sticky. The room was dated and basic, but functional."

"Bed is uncomfortable Pubic hair and other hair from prior guest in sink and tub in bathroom upon arrival. Toilet didn't want to flush on first try... Water pressure in the shower horrible but water does get hot The door didn't lock when we arrived. We called and it was replaced within a couple hours of our call. Can hear neighbors through the walls. Unit is on the 2nd floor with 3 flights of stairs to go up."

"After booking on your web site, where it stated that there was only one room left...we arrived to find that the property has NOT been open for months. We had to find a room, which was hard on a Friday afternoon. Also, we were worried that we would be charged for three nights in a place that was not open. The mail box was over flowing with mail, there was Xmas decorations still out. We are not happy at all."

"You can’t beat this gorgeous location, surrounded by calm soothing waters of Sandusky Bay. The cottage is very well appointed with spices and nice utensils. We will definitely be back, next year or sooner!"

"The hotel itself may not be the fanciest, but the location definitely makes up for it. I really enjoyed having a beautiful view of the lake, and I loved that there was outdoor seating available where you could sit, relax, and enjoy the scenery. I do wish I had booked one of the rooms with a patio facing the lake because that would have made the experience even better. Overall, though, it was a peaceful and relaxing stay, and I really enjoyed my time there. I would definitely stay here again and...
