"I stayed for a full week & it was a great stay. The room was cleaned daily, the breakfast is my only complaint it was horrible but that’s my personal opinion and it may vary for you. However the staff is super helpful and the place is well maintained. I would recommend this place! I also rented my car from the hotel and it was perfect for my trip. Everything was smooth 8/10 stay."

"I would not recommend this resort to anyone. This resort was so misleading, it’s not worth it, the workers weren’t attentive, I had a huge issue with the room where I was put into. Didn’t look like the room in the pictures advertised on Expedia. In the end I would not recommend to anyone, I barely got room service. I asked twice and nothing, I had to go to the main desk and ask for water bottles and clean towels. The main door for the room was not locking, I asked someone to come fix it. It took hours for someone to come and I called in the morning. The service was horrible, the food was horrible. It’s not all inclusive as they say. There’s a tiki bar but that’s out of pocket. I’m extremely unhappy with everything. Not worth over $2k for 5 days. "
