"Es de lo peor este sitio, solo te hacen reservar pero jamás envían ninguna indicación, codigo QR para que puedas acceder a tu reserva. El personal de seguridad es de lo más déspota. Se supone que hoteles.com debe apoyar pero ni siquiera ellos te ayudan, no hay claramente nada seguro. No gasten su dinero. Cuando les pides contactarse nunca responden. La peor experiencia de mi vida."

"Location was great. Near malls lots of restaurants Got a bit noisy one night due to bar night but okay. Apt was a bit dated. Tub didn’t work. Kitchen utensils all broken. TV remote didn’t work properly, No coffee pot. But managed to make breakfast
Main issue was with door getting stuck at times and owner took couple of hours to respond once. Aside from that great stay. Very safe area Very comfortable beds. Very clean"

"The title suggests a hotel. It is not. It is a single rental in a residential apartment. That means no staff except an over-worked and confused front desk guard. And you make all the residents uncomfortable. I sometimes do stay in such arrangements buildings. This time I was exhausted and wanted a hotel and found myself dealing with a blizzard of weird rules and a confusing separate check in system. Room itself is a little depressing, but the rooftop is nice. The spa facilities are nice but time...
