"El Mirador had good customer service for the most part. They dont speak much if any english which wasnt a huge deal since I spoke the language but for those who dont, it might be difficult. The only two things were when we got there they tried giving us a room without air conditioning or hot showers, I had to explain that we paid for those services -after that they moved us with no problem. "If you want a quiet and relaxing time, don’t go to this hotel. We stayed there from Saturday to Sunday. An awfully load music started at 9 pm and finished at 4 am. It was so noisy you can hear it like it’s next door, even through the headphones. Impossible to have a good sleep.
The hotel doesn’t have WIFI, the rooms don’t have complimentary water and a hairdryer, which you may need after the water activities.
Pros: the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the food was delicious.

Muy buen servicio, están siempre atentos y te hacen sentir como en casa.
Las habitaciones son lindas y muy acogedoras, sólo deberían considerar que los mosquiteros sean de malla más fina o colocar aire acondicionado dentro de ellas en lugar de ventiladores. Linda vista desde las habitaciones y algunos espacios cuentan con hamaca. El desayuno está incluído y la comida es buena.
