"El Mirador had good customer service for the most part. They dont speak much if any english which wasnt a huge deal since I spoke the language but for those who dont, it might be difficult. The only two things were when we got there they tried giving us a room without air conditioning or hot showers, I had to explain that we paid for those services -after that they moved us with no problem. During our stay the service was nice, there wasnt much of a variety for breakfast but it was good. Then on...

"If you want a quiet and relaxing time, don’t go to this hotel. We stayed there from Saturday to Sunday. An awfully load music started at 9 pm and finished at 4 am. It was so noisy you can hear it like it’s next door, even through the headphones. Impossible to have a good sleep. The hotel doesn’t have WIFI, the rooms don’t have complimentary water and a hairdryer, which you may need after the water activities. Pros: the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the food was delicious. Maybe it’s...

"Love the Art and furniture in the common Areas. We only had Hot Water Once during our stay, luckily it 's summer down there... The staff were very friendly and helpful Specially Jimmy. That boy will go places."

"Perfecto para relajarse y desconectarse de todo. No cuentan con TV. Muy buen servicio, están siempre atentos y te hacen sentir como en casa. Linda vista desde las habitaciones y algunos espacios cuentan con hamaca. El desayuno está incluído y la comida es buena. Recomendaciones: Básico llevar el repelente,...

"I wouldn’t recommend it. Laundry service is bad. Hotel shouldn’t close anytime "

"What a gem this place is! Far enough away from the city to feel secluded, yet close enough to easily access the town of Tarapoto. The staff was friendly and eager to help and the grounds were beautiful. Thank you, German for all your help."

"It's a disgusting, dirty, full of fleas that didn't let my family sleep at all. And they don't care. Expedia shouldn't not work with this hotel. The breakfast is terrible too. It's hard to get there and move around the town even worst. I'm so disgusted by this hotel!!! Fleas!!! "

"Decent hotel for one night stay in Tarapoto. Breakfast provided with good service"
