"We left disappointed — this hotel does not live up to its four-star rating or the price. On arrival notably, the receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome. After a long drive in 40°C heat, the ‘welcome water jar’ was empty so we asked for water which was met with an unkind and abrupt “No, we don’t have”. Later, despite a sign in the room inviting guests to request amenities (toothbrushes, eye masks, toiletries, etc.) my request for an eye mask was met with another...
